Euroopan kysytyimpiin BJJ-valmentajiin lukeutuva Priit Mihkelson palaa Helsinkiin GB Gymille ohjaamaan erikoishinnoitellun treeniviikonlopun! Perjantai-sunnuntai 4.-6.10. pääsemme nauttimaan Priitin kiitellystä konseptilähtöisestä opetuksesta yhteensä neljän harjoituskerran verran ja hinta koko viikonlopulle on vain 40 euroa (yksittäinen harjoitus 15 euroa). Lisäksi treeniviikonloppu on ilmainen BJJ:n mustille vöille seurasta riippumatta!Viikonlopun teemana on guard sekä guardin ohittaminen. Harjoituksiin voi osallistua sekä gi’llä että nogi-varusteissa ja ne sopivat kaikentasoisille painilajien harrastajille. Opetus englanniksi mutta tulkkausapua suomeksi on saatavilla.

Arguably Europe’s most sought-after grappling coach, Priit Mihkelson returns to Helsinki and GB Gym for a specially-priced training weekend! Friday to Sunday, October 4th-6th we’re again able to take benefit from Priit’s praised conceptual teaching style. Fee for the entire weekend is only €40 (€15 for a single session). The training weekend is free for BJJ black belts regardless of affiliation!
Theme for the weekend will be guard and guard passing. The training is suitable for both gi and nogi applications and for all experience levels. Teaching in English.
